Cheese Spread OAMC

  1. Cut cheese into cubes, place in top of a double boiler and cook until melt and smooth.
  2. Add mayonnaise and horseradish and stir well.
  3. Add Tabasco sauce to taste.
  4. Add crumbled bacon and stir until blended.
  5. Pour immediately into storage or serving bowls.
  6. Serve with assorted crackers.
  7. Note: can freeze up to 3 months.
