Black Walnut Cottage Pudding Recipe

  1. Cream butter with sugar.
  2. Add in egg.
  3. Beat thoroughly.
  4. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr and salt.
  5. Add in alternately with lowfat milk to first mix.
  6. Add in walnuts and flavoring.
  7. Mix thoroughly and pour into shallow, well-oiled baking pan.
  8. Bake in moderate oven
  9. (375F.)
  10. 30 min.
  11. Serve with vanilla or possibly hard sauce.
