Curried Peachtree Pork

  1. In non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add cutlets and onion to skillet and saut?

  5. Pour mixture over pork cutlets.
  6. Cook and stir gently, over low heat, until sauce thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.
