Baked Sea Bream Recipe
- 1 x kilo Sea Bream.
- 1 x Lemon Parsley
- 6 clv garlic
- 2 med Potatoes
- 8 sm Onion Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x glass White Wine Salt
- After cleaning the Sea Bream, place it in a clay casserole and sprinkle it with salt.
- Make three cuts in the fillet, not to deeply and place slices of lemon in them and squeeze the juice of the remaining lemon over the fish.
- Heat the extra virgin olive oil and fry the garlic, add the white wine and then pour this mix over the fish and sprinkle with parsley.
- Gently fry the sliced potatoes and onions in extra virgin olive oil and arrange then around the Sea Bream in the casserole.
- Place the casserole in a preheated oven on medium heat for 30 min.
- Serve warm.
