Strawberry And Blueberry Galette
- 100 grams sugar
- 1/2 cup each strawberry and blueberry
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 bunch chop toasted almond
- 335 grams flour
- 225 grams cold unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- MAKE PASTRY
- mix flour with salt then cut butter in small chunk and mix with flour till resembles like crumbs
- add 2 tbsp of water or more and knead till dough moist and appear little rough but not wet
- divide into 3 disk and wrap in cling film and chill in fidge for min 20 minute and can be frozen up to a month
- MAKE FILLING
- toss berries with sugar , lemon juice and flour set aside
- roll 1 disk of dough on baking paper chill for 10 minute
- fill mixed berries onto chilled dough and fold sides and pinch fold then brush with egg wash then springkle coarse sugar on dough
- BAKE 190 for 35 to 55 minute till crust golden and filling bubble let it cool and serve
