  1. slice peppers in half
  2. with a small spoon and gloves , recommended, scoop out the seeds and ribs of pepper
  3. after your done put them in a bowl
  4. mix the cream cheese with the mozzarella cheese mix pretty good
  5. take a pepper half fill with cheeses
  6. wrap with bacon
  7. get oil hot put poppers flat side down fry till bacon crispy
  8. turn them over tilt up against side ti cook edges make sure the peppers get cooked good
  9. put on paper towels to drain excess oil
