jalapeno poppers stove top
- 13 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 1/3 lb sliced thin bacon
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 olive oil to cover bottom of pan
- slice peppers in half
- with a small spoon and gloves , recommended, scoop out the seeds and ribs of pepper
- after your done put them in a bowl
- mix the cream cheese with the mozzarella cheese mix pretty good
- take a pepper half fill with cheeses
- wrap with bacon
- get oil hot put poppers flat side down fry till bacon crispy
- turn them over tilt up against side ti cook edges make sure the peppers get cooked good
- put on paper towels to drain excess oil
