Spinach With Black Sesame Dressing

• 2 ounces spinach
• 2 teaspoons ground black sesame seeds
• 12 teaspoon soy sauce
• 12 teaspoon sugar
• 1 dash salt

1. Wash spinach and put in a plastic bag.
2. Microwave 30 seconds.
3. Immediately blanche in cold water.
4. Squeeze out water.
5. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
6. Add spinach and mix well.
7. Drain before serving.
