Asparagus With Curried Mayonnaise
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 14 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 (10 ounce) packagefrozen asparagus spears
- pimiento strip
- Mix mayonnaise and curry powder.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Cook asparagus as directed on package.
- Drain and refrigerate.
- place 1/4 of asparagus on each plate.
- Top with curried mayonnaise; crisscross pimiento strips on mayonnaise.
