Zone Easy Breakfast

  1. cook oats.
  2. Blend together yogurt, cottage cheese, flavoring, spices and splenda.
  3. Layer into a serving bowl the oats (press flat), fruit, and yogurt mixture.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds.
