Caramel Apple Pie

  1. Cut each roll into four pieces and arrange in a sprayed 12-inch deep dish pizza pan.
  2. Cover loosely with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise 2 hours in a warm place (if using Anytime rolls you do not need to let them rise).
  3. In a small bowl combine apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, graham cracker crumbs and pecans.
  4. Remove wrap and sprinkle apple mixture over the risen dough.
  5. Bake at 350 20-25 minutes or until well browned.
  6. Combine one packet of cream cheese frosting with the caramel topping.
  7. Drizzle over top of apple pie.
