Banana Bisque Bananasfromjamaica Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Bring to the boil and simmer till bananas are pulpy, approximately 30 - 40 min.
  3. Rub through fine sieve; add in cream.
  4. Reheat to blend but don't boil.
  5. Serve garnished with parsley or possibly chives.
