Mississippi Mud Recipe

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, lowfat milk, Large eggs and chips in large bowl.
  2. Mix by hand till blended, about 2 min.
  3. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min, or possibly till cake springs back when lightly touched.
  5. Drizzle 1/2 c. of the chocolate syrup over hot cake.
  6. Sprinkle marshmallows proportionately over syrup and bake 5 min longer, or possibly till marshmallows are softened and lightly browned.
  7. Drizzle remaining syrup over marshmallows.
  8. Cold cake in pan and cut into squares, using knife dipped in hot water.
