Creamy Baked Spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 24 oz spaghetti sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup grated muenster cheese
- 1 small chopped onion
- Preheat oven to 350
- Brown ground beef with onion (I used frozen chopped).
- Drain.
- Add spaghetti sauce and canned tomatoes.
- Let simmer five minutes.
- Boil spaghetti noodles.
- Once noodles are done, drain.
- Stir cream cheese, Italian seasonings and minced garlic into noodles.
- Layer meat mixture, noodles, meat mixture then top with meunster.
- Bake in oven until cheese melts.
