Tahini (for hummas)
- 1/2 cup vegtable oil
- 4 cup sesamee seed
- toast seeds in oven at 350F for 8-10 minutes.
- Occasionaly shake them so they don't burn.
- Do not brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Put seeds in a food processor and purer with half the oil.
- Puree into a pourable paste adding oil as needed.
- Can add more if needed.
- Can be stored in refrigerator for up to 3 months.
