Mint and Coriander Chutney
- 1 bunch Coriander
- 1/2 bunches Mint
- 2 Green Chilis
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Mango Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons White Sugar
- Salt To Taste
- Clean and wash herbs.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend to a smooth paste, adding more water if needed.
- Transfer to a clean bowl.
- Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
