Buffalo-Ranch Pork Roast

  1. Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat.
  2. Season with dried spices.
  3. Roast at 300 for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over pork loin during last 5 minutes of cooking.
  5. Use remaining sauce for serving.
