Buffalo-Ranch Pork Roast
- 2 lb pork loin
- 1 envelope dried ranch seasoning
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp dried minced onions
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 vegetable oil; as needed
- Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat.
- Season with dried spices.
- Roast at 300 for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
- Pour 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce over pork loin during last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Use remaining sauce for serving.
