Bacon Biscuit Wreath Recipe
- 1 jar (5 ounce.) sharp American cheese spread
- 3 Tbsp. Butter-flavored shortening
- 1 x Tube (12 ounce.) flaky biscuits
- 4 x Bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
- In a small saucepan, heat the cheese spread and shortening; stir till blended.
- Pour into a well-greased 6 c. oven-proof ring mold or possibly 9 inch fluted tube pan.
- Cut each biscuit into quarters and place over cheese mix.
- Bake at 400F for 12-14 min or possibly till golden.
- Immediately invert pan onto a serving platter and remove.
- Sprinkle with bacon and parsley.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 10 servings.
