Deep fried Tofu & Minced Pork

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and stir ground pork until it changes color and smells good.
  2. Add deep fried tofu and cook 1 min, put sake, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water and simmer until 3/4 of the liquid is gone.
  3. Turn off the heat once, pour the dissolved potato starch and stir slowly.
  4. Turn on the low heat and keep stirring until thickened.
