Deep fried Tofu & Minced Pork
- 250 g ground pork
- 1 block deep fried tofu atsu-age (cut into bite sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 Tbsp~ soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp~ sugar
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp potato starch (dissolved in 1 Tbsp water)
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 70 cc~ water
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir ground pork until it changes color and smells good.
- Add deep fried tofu and cook 1 min, put sake, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, water and simmer until 3/4 of the liquid is gone.
- Turn off the heat once, pour the dissolved potato starch and stir slowly.
- Turn on the low heat and keep stirring until thickened.
