• 8 cracked pepper and olive oil woven wheat crackers
• 1 oz. POLLY-O Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 8 thin slices
• 4 grape tomatoes, halved
• 8 small fresh basil leaves
• 1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper

1. Top crackers with remaining ingredients.
