Bud's Pumpkin Smash
- 1 (32 ounce) can Libby's canned pumpkin
- 23 cup evaporated milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ginger
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix (Bud says to use "the cheapest kind you can get.")
- 12 cup salted butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) container whipped cream
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix pie filling, evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, and ginger.
- Pour into an ungreased 9x13 inches glass baking dish.
- Pour cake mix on top of filling (yup, just dump in on there).
- Try and even the cake mix.
- Pour melted butter over the entire top of it.
- Bake 45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
- Top with whipped cream.
