Chinese Noodle Salad Recipe
- 1 lg. (about 4 lb.) Napa cabbage, minced fine, tops too
- 5 green onions, minced, including tops
- 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (throw away flavor packs)
- 1 1/2 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. oil
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- Chop cabbage and onions; chill.
- Brown broken noodles and almonds in butter.
- DRESSING: Blend with beater oil, soy sauce, sugar and vinegar.
- This is more dressing than needed.
- Do not mix together till shortly before serving.
