BBQ Potato Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 3- 1/2 teaspoons Bacon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 3 cups Canola Oil, For Frying
- 2 whole Baking Potatoes, Large, Sliced Very Thin
- Mix all of the seasonings in a bowl until completely combined.
- Set aside.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
- Fry potato slices in batches for several minutes per side, until browned.
- Remove potatoes from oil with a slotted spoon.
- Drain on paper towels and immediately sprinkle with BBQ seasoning.
- Store in airtight container.
