Hash Brown Cheese Casserole Recipe

  1. Thaw hash browns.
  2. Combine lowfat sour cream, soup, butter and salt.
  3. Add in onion, cheese and potatoes.
  4. Spread in 9 x 13 inch casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with corn flakes and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min.
