Mango Avocado Salsa
- 1 whole Mango, Chopped
- 1 whole Avocado, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Medium Red Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Cilantro, Chopped
- 1/2 whole Serrano Pepper, Chopped
- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Let sit in refrigerator for at least an hour so flavors can blend.
- Serve as a dip or over top of your favorite meat.
- Keep avocado pit mixed in with the salsa to keep the avocado from browning.
