Cheesy Broccoli Rice Dish

• instant white rice
• water
• Chopped broccoli
• Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

1. MIX equal amounts of rice, water and broccoli in microwaveable dish.
2. Cook according to package directions.
3. STIR in shredded cheese.
4. Top with more cheese to serve.
