Stove Top Mac n Cheese
- 2 cups macaroni
- 3 cups milk (or more if needed)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper
- to taste oregano
- 1 cup grated cheese
- to taste ground paprika
- Put macaroni & milk in a medium saucepan, add 1 tbsp oil, bring to boil with low heat.
- Add seasonings to taste (salt, black pepper, oregano).
- Stir continuously until milk absorbed by the pasta & al dente.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add grated cheese & ground paprika, mix thoroughly.
- Served warm.
