Chocolate Muffins Made with Pancake Mix

• 60 grams Unsalted butter
• 2 bars Milk chocolate
• 1 Egg
• 150 grams Pancake mix
• 50 ml Milk

1. Melt butter in the microwave.
2. Add chocolate melted in a double broiler, and the egg, then mix well.
3. Add pancake mix to Step 1, and pour in the milk little by little while mixing to make a smooth batter.
4. Pour the Step 2 batter into the muffin cups, and bake in the preheated oven at 170C / 340F for about 20 minutes, then it's done.
