Crunchy Chocolate weet Brownies (copy cat of net)
- 4 weetabix crushed
- 100 grams caster sugar
- 100 grams self raising flour
- 14 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 100 grams baking chocolate your choice I used milk
- 100 grams margarine
- 1 medium egg
- Pre heat oven to 180 the grease & line a square baking tin 8 1/2 x 8 1/2
- Whisk egg until slightly frothy, set aside
- Melt chocolate & margarine together
- While chocolate & margarine is melting weigh out all dry ingredients & mix well.
- Add egg to chocolate mixture & blend in then add to dry mix & blend well.
- Pour into tin & cook for 20 mins.
- When cooked let it go cold then turn out & cut.
