Shrimp and Broccoli Potatoes #SP5
- 3 cups Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns (any variety)
- 1 cup milk
- 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 12 cups chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
- 8 ounces tiny cooked frozen salad shrimp, thawed
- Place potatoes and milk in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
- Cover dish.
- Cook in microwave 8 to 10 minutes or until potatoes cook and are almost done, stirring every few minutes.
- Stir in broccoli and shrimp and cook about 5 minutes more or until broccoli is tender.
