Gin Mule

• Scant teaspoon simple syrup
• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
• Chilled ginger beer, to top
• Lemon twist, for garnish

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Add simple syrup, gin and lemon juice, then top with ginger beer.
3. Stir gently.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
