PHILADELPHIA 3-STEP Black Forest Cherry Cheesecake
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, slightly cooled
- 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1-1/2 cups cherry pie filling
- 1 Tbsp. cherry-flavored liqueur
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Add eggs; mix just until blended.
- Blend in melted chocolate.
- Pour into crust.
- Bake at 350F for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
- Spread whipped topping over chilled cheesecake.
- Mix pie filling and liqueur; spoon over whipped topping.
