Apple Salad with Honey-Peanut Butter Dressing

• 3 red apples, chopped
• 1 small green pepper, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
• 1 stalk celery, chopped
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 2 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
• 1 tsp. honey
• 2 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Mix dressing, peanut butter and honey until blended.
3. Add to apple mixture; mix lightly.
4. Sprinkle with nuts.
