Purple potatoes and pea
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 28 oz purple splendor potatoes
- 1 cup water or more
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt
- 1 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/3 cup frozen sweet peas
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- In a pan add potatoes cut in half add ghee heat till ghee is melted
- Stir well covering all potatoes add water till just even with top of potatoes
- Add onions cook covered boiling for 4 minute uncover cook tillnonly ghee is left mash not creamy but mash stir
- Add peas and spices stir cover for 2 minutes stir once more serve enjoy
