Purple potatoes and pea

  1. In a pan add potatoes cut in half add ghee heat till ghee is melted
  2. Stir well covering all potatoes add water till just even with top of potatoes
  3. Add onions cook covered boiling for 4 minute uncover cook tillnonly ghee is left mash not creamy but mash stir
  4. Add peas and spices stir cover for 2 minutes stir once more serve enjoy
