Stellar Hot Reuben Dip W/O Sauerkraut

  1. Soften cream cheese in the microwave.
  2. Stir in mayo and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir in swiss cheese, onion, garlic powder and beef.
  4. Cut out the center of the bread to form a bowl.
  5. Spoon dip into bread bowl.
  6. Cook at 350 degrees for at least an hour.
  7. Serve with leftover bread from center of loaf and crackers.
