Easy Side Dish Bok Choy and Squid Salt Stir-fry

  1. Separate the bok choy stems and leaves and cut into bite sizes.
  2. Also cut the squid into bite sizes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bok choy stems.
  4. Add a little water to steam.
  5. Add the leaves.
  6. Move the bok choy from Step 2 to a bowl and quickly fry the squid.
  7. When it's cooked thoroughly, add the bok choy and season with the ingredients.
  8. Remove from heat and plate.
