Crispy Marmalade French Toast

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine eggs and half & half in shallow dish; beat with whisk.
  5. Place cornflakes in another shallow dish.
  6. Spread 1 side of 4 slices bread with 1 tablespoon orange marmalade each.
  7. Top each with 1 slice cheese, 1 slice Canadian bacon and 1 slice bread.
  8. Dip both sides of each stuffed french toast into egg mixture, then into cornflake crumbs; place into prepared pan.
  9. Drizzle with butter.
  10. Bake 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  11. Serve with maple syrup, if desired.
