Henush Milky Chicken
- 3 Chicken legs
- 1 bunch Fresh herbs
- 1/2 cup Milk 3 %
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 clove Garlic
- 1 dash Freshly milled salt and pepper
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp Mayo
- 3 tbsp Melted butter
- 3 tbsp Cheese - chopped
- 4 clove Garlic - chopped
- 1 bunch Freshly melled salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard - grainy
- Mix the milk , soy souce , olive oil , honey , herbs , garlic , salt and pepper all together .
- Add the chicken legs to the mixture and live it for 1/2 hour.
- Preheat oven to 250c .
- Put the chicken with the mixture in the oven for 1 hour.
- The Gravy - mix together all the ingredients in a boul and put in the fridge till the chicken is ready .
