Hearty Ham Bake

  1. Combine onion, celery and water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. After water reaches boiling, reduce to medium or low heat.
  3. Add ham, potato, carrots and raisins and let simmer for no more than 20 minutes or until carrots are less firm (you still want to see a slight crisp to them for the sake of baking!
