Simply Saucy Chicken for Two
- 2 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1/2 lb.)
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 plum tomatoes, seeded, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 min.
- on each side or until chicken is browned on both sides.
- Mix broth, dressing and parsley; pour over chicken.
- Bring just to boil; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 3 min.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; cook, covered, 2 to 4 min.
- or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
