Sultana Cake

  1. Mix Philly* and caster sugar for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition.
  3. Stir in flour, milk and sultanas until well combined.
  4. Spoon into a lightly greased ring tin and bake at 180C for 40 minutes or until cooked.
