Fresh Scollops

  1. in a bowl put the green pesto,chopped chillies and paprika in a bowl and mix to a smooth paste
  2. grill the pancetta so its slightly cooked.
  3. pan fry the Scollops with sprinkle of seasoning for 2mins
  4. wrap the pancetta around the Scollops and sercure in place finish of under the grill.
  5. lay the pesto on the plate to put your Scollops on the top serve with a wedge of lemon
  6. quick,simple starter!
