Coconut-Pineapple Batido

• 1 (16 ounce) can cream of coconut
• 13 large ripe pineapple, peeled and coarsely chopped (about 4 cups)
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup crushed ice

1. Combine all ingredients in blender and frappe until smooth.
