Baked Freezer Corn Recipe

  1. Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan.
  2. Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees.
  3. Stir every 15 min.
  4. Do not worry if it looks slightly curdled late in the baking; it will be delicious.
  5. Let cold in pan on counter.
  6. When cold, package for the freezer.
  7. Add in sugar and salt to taste when ready to use.
