Baked Freezer Corn Recipe
- 18 c. cut corn
- 1 lb butter or possibly margarine
- 1 pt half-and-half or possibly non-dairy creamer
- Mix ingredients together in a large roasting pan.
- Bake uncovered for one hour at 325 degrees.
- Stir every 15 min.
- Do not worry if it looks slightly curdled late in the baking; it will be delicious.
- Let cold in pan on counter.
- When cold, package for the freezer.
- Add in sugar and salt to taste when ready to use.
