Chilli & Garlic Prawns

  1. Heat the oil in a pan then add onion, garlic and chilli and cook on medium heat until soft and translucent.
  2. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 5 mins, after which, if your prawns are raw, add them at this stage.
  3. Simmer for 5 more minutes until tomatoes start to break down.
  4. Add cooked prawns, parsley/oregano & seasoning; simmer for a further 2 minutes until prawns are heated through.
  5. Serve in a bowl with crusty bread.
