Cold Cabbage Slaw

  1. Use a large mixing bowl.
  2. Halve the cabbage and core.
  3. Cut into strips and small dice.
  4. Seed red pepper, cut into strips, and dice.
  5. Mince onion.
  6. Toss cabbage, red pepper, and onion with rest of ingredients.
  7. Chill 1/2 hour before serving.
