Banana Pumpkin Oatmeal
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup kashi cereal
- 12 cup mashed banana
- 12 canned pumpkin
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 12 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons sugar or 2 tablespoons sugar substitute
- 1 cup water or 1 cup milk
- Bring water/milk to boil.
- Add oats, cook 2 minutes.
- Add banana and pumpkin, cook addition 1-2 minutes.
- Season to taste with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and sugar.
- Stir in Kashi Cereal.
