California Spa Salad

  1. Cook rice as directed on package; place in large bowl.
  2. Cool.
  3. Fluff rice with fork.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.
  5. Add dressing; toss lightly to coat.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. Or, cover and refrigerate several hours to serve chilled.
