Garlic Game Hens
- 2 cornish game hens
- 2 tbsp. dried garlic slices
- 4 cloves whole garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Adobo sin pimento
- Stuff the dried garlic slices under the skin of the game hens.
- Toss the whole garlic cloves into the cavity of the game hens.
- Rub the olive oil all over the skin of the birds.
- Wipe the roasting pan with a little olive oil before putting the birds in the oven to roast at 350F for 90 minutes.
- Immediately after removing the roasted birds, sprinkle with adobo and let rest for 8 minutes.
- Serve with stove-top stuffing that has been mixed with the pan juices and broccoli almondine.
