Crock Pot Chili Recipe
- 1 pound pork, cubed - pork chops work well, so does canned pork
- 1 (16 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
- Sm. can diced jalapenos
- Sm. can diced green chilies
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, finely diced
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. water
- 2 tbsp. oil
- Brown pork in oil.
- Add in flour.
- Stir till pork is coated and flour is brown.
- Put the pork and all other ingredients in the crock pot and simmer till pork is soft - 3 to 4 hrs on high or possibly 6 to 7 hrs on low -- low is preferable.
