Apricot-Ginger Chicken
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, pounded thin
- 1 apricot, sliced
- 1 -2 tablespoon crystallized ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix (Original Blend)
- 14 teaspoon ground ginger
- Layer the apricot and crystallized ginger over half the chicken and fold over.
- Combine ground ginger and Mrs.
- Dash.
- Season the chicken with ginger/seasoning mixture.
- Grill on a preheated grill for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.
